I’m sitting at my computer checking through e-mails and the boys are watching Pirates of the Caribbean 3. I suddenly remembered a few years ago at Christmas, Santa brought the boys mega blocks Black Pearl Ship and the Chinese Ship from the movie. The boys were so thrilled with Santa that year and they built the ships all morning and played with the finished project well into the evening. Not that long ago but they look so young and happy. I just sold those pirate ships and many other mega block and lego products on craigslist. I was surprised to find that I was a little sad to let that period go. They still love pirates and can’t get enough of Captain Jack Sparrow.
