Lovely poem, you captured the wonderment of that first snowfall…whether you like winter, cold or not…that first snowfall we all regress to childhood and in awe:)
yes – that first snowfall is always so magical – of course until the rain and slush comes!
I do remember the rain out there…we are hving 2 days of rain after 7 days of deep freeze…at least I don’t have to shovel my car out…the rain did it for me:)
